Had a staph infection causing the nodes under my left arm to swell up 3 months ago,now i have one on my left?

dr thought it was a spider bite on elbow, treated me with antibiotics, it just got worse. 3 weeks later i am at the surgeon's office being admitted to the hospital to remove abcess from under left arm-the infection moved up to my arm. it was a severe case of staph. a week after my 10 day stay on antibiotics at the hospital, per same dr, my leftside of my face hurt, he said it was swollen lymph nodes in my neck on left side. i have been on antiobiotics for 3 months literally. now today i discovered a swollen node on the right side under my arm. i was wondering why my right arm hurt so much. what could be causing my lymph nodes to swell. could it be staph infection again or an underlining problem no one seems to be looking at?
