YAHOO Beta Winnning Notification?

i just received this email from Yahoo Lotto Inc for Yahoo Beta Lottery International Inc programs held on March 2007 in London ..is this some kind of joke..i just won ONE MILLION US DOLLARS ($1,000.000.00) for being a loyalty yahoo mail user..is it really true that yahoo giving away that kind of money..if not..stop this guy for the sake of the world..sue this organisation for us (the yahoo user)..
