Affirmative action, what do you think about it?

Being financially hindered has nothing to do with how much you can study. I think affirmative action is bs because how is it fair to give a good job to someone who is lesser qualified than other candidates? Actually, affirmative action is discrimination. It sends the message that "Hey, I can get a great job, and I don't have to try as hard as the next guy." That is not democracy.
