Have you ever said " I love you" to people you dated/dating?

I've never said "I love you" to someone I've dated...I've actually said "I don't love you" to most and continued to date them after. I am currently being "intimate" with someone I'm in a "relationship" with without having anything remotely resembling love. I lost my viginity to him, which was probably not a good idea, and I will probably break up with him in the middle of November when final exams are over. I wouldn't even say I'm infatuated with him. But, people get lonely, they desperatly crave intimacy and the feeling of fake love or even being liked and thought attractive by another person is much more appealing then being alone. "I love you" is a heavy statement..because secretly we all believe it is the greatest feeling in the world to love and be loved back. We yearn for it. We don't love everyone because not everyone is suitable..just like you can't be friends with everyone (some people are boring, mean, shallow, etc). We fool around because we get tired of waiting...and society has us believing that this is the best way to "stumble" upon someone special. Ok, I think I managed to state my opinion to all your questions...if the internet crashes I'll be pissed off.
