Anybody think Jazz should've been the legend in WWE instead of Stratus?

Yes, Jazz should have. The WWE should have given her multiple title shots because she was one of the most dominant divas in the WWE since Chyna. Instead, WWE let go of real talent like Jazz to showcase the Fashion Divas that we see on TV today. WTF!?
