Did i eat healthy?
It's pretty healthy, but you need to eat more. If you eat too little then your body goes into starvation mode and it can mess up your metabolism. Raisin bran is good (it has a lot of sugar because of the raisins not a bunch added sugar so its fine) try to add 1/2-1 banana on top for extra fruit and fiber for breakfast. Try and mix it up and have oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, and honey to sweeten it for a very healthy breakfast. Add a 1/2 a gfruit and (opt.) a gl of milk for a pretty balanced breakfast. Eggs, yogurt parfaits with berries and cereal or lowfat granola, smoothies, and whole grain toast are also good. Your lunch is seriously lacking. Try 1 or 2 more slices of turkey if they're thin and make it a sandwich by adding some whole grain bread and veggies. The carrots(try a side salad sometime too) and crackers are okay but try to add some calcium with milk, yogurt, or a cheesestick or slice on the sandwich. The dinner is also lacking. The tuna and bread are good but you need more veggies. Add a side salad, lettuce to your sandwich, steamed broccoli or something else, etc. The dessert is fine and some others ideas are sugar free jello and pudding cups, lowfat ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, and fruit. Another suggestion would be to add in 1-2 snacks. For example between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. Some good ideas are fruit, veggies, cheesestick, yogurt, peanut er on an apple, banana, celery, or a piece of whole grain bread, small bowl of cereal, air popped popcorn or smart pop, granola bar, and raw nuts and dried fruit.
