What are the most clic Halloween costumes?

I know vampire, and ghost, skeleton, devil, and things like that, but what are some others? I was curious as my family (at least the women) have kind of had a tradition of wearing the same thing every year. Okay, maybe not wearing, but being the same thing. My mom has always been a vampire, because, of course, she's the only one who has the most perfect teeth to wear those awesome vampire teeth. My sister has always wanted to be Medusa, granted she's never had the money to do it as she's wanted, but then again, she is a perfectionist. I just wanted some ideas so I could finally pick something that requires make-up use, fake blood, fake skin maybe, the works, but isn't too gory. And I didn't want to be something like the Female Version of Robin Hood. Uck. I'd like something more clic than that. Please, no rude answers, and thanks!
