Why are Florida Felons not allowed to become Garbage men?

I work as a nurse for a prison .I recently heard from other inmates that once a prisoner is released they can not become Garbage men,due to the Florida Dept Of Enviromental agency laws ,imposed upon waste companies.Most people think exfelons are all rapist and murderers,but the real truth is that more than half of them are petty crocks and drug users.After these men do there time ,they can not get hired by Wal-Mart,even most daily labor sweatshops in Florida are denying these guys work.One guy I know was released and back in 5 days.He shot a women in the head ,for 5 bucks ,He could not get a job ,or any istance ,personally I dont blame him for waht he did.I blame the state
