Parents gave out info on sketchy website?

My parents were filling out stuff for unemployment and went to the wrong website. The website looks sketchy and they gave out quite a bit of info such as Name, Bday, Address, Phone number, and last four digits of sn before I caught what they were doing. I'm at a lost of what they should do. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
