Is it normal for african american women to have very Low white blood count?

Is it a fact that african american women will normally have a low white blood count than white american women? My white blood count have been low for a number of years, the last count was 2.4. I'm always sick with cold like symptoms, i have bronchitis now. But I count never really get rid the viruses. I'm very tired, and have chronic pain continuously. I have been there is not need to be concerned, should I be concerned?
