American with a foreign wife traveling to Atlanta - can she go through pport control with me?

In our experience each port of entry differs. For example, San Francisco allows my Czech wife and our American baby to go through pport control together as a family. Does anyone know Atlanta's policy? Cannot find it at the airport's website, go figure. Thanks!
