Are these period cramps ? or what ?

I turned 14 in early october and i havent started my period..i have everything but my aunt flo mustve gotten lost or some sh!T! But all day, no matter what I do,my stomache hurts..it s ot like i h am sick and its not like muscle. its unbearable..and what are some signs im going to hav my first period like..now ? annnd one time and one time onle..like a few months ago..i though i started my period..it was brownish redish and one bi in my underwear im confused and my stomache hurts!!!!!!!!! help??!
