Are thick lips on a white woman?

Indicator that she is hispanic or has some native amercan blood in her? Not that it matters, just curious, but I like this girl in my school who is pale but she seems to be hispanic because of her features. I'm just curious, race doesn't matter to me when it comes to dating, but she really seems to like me to so if I ask her out I would like to know her ethnicity just out of curiousity.
