I am 38, Married,maybe single next time.Iwant to get an education and dont know where to start. I want medical

I dont have a job yet, but I get 400 a month, and would like to go to college. I am looking to get in medical lab technician. I am 38 and no divorce yet, so I dont know if I can get any grant or any other help since I am still married. What should I do?
