Legal question of (slander i think)?

Ok there's this girl at my high school that keeps telling people I've rapped her. she also said she filed charges against me before. all of that is a lie and i want to know what i can legally do to her about this. is what she doing slander or harment or what? (I live in Pennsylvania)
