SHould I tell my wife about this or just shut the hell up?

I was in Pittsburgh last week and stayed at a good friend's house that I have not seen for years. His wife has a GF that is very promiscuous and flirty. We were drinking until early in the mroning playing Texas Hold Em. The filrty girl kept telling me she was going to get her some but in a joking way. She was like, just wait until he pes out, I'm gonna get me some of that. I drank until my head was pounding and just faded out. When I woke up the next morning, I ws on the sofa covered with a blanket but my pants were downto my ankles and I was exposed. The friend was in the kitchen and she was laughing at me before she went home and I heard her say when she walked out the door. I told you I was going to get some and then she yelled Thanks and walked out the door. I think she d me. Should I just hush up about it?
