l Ultrasound after I said no 2 it?

I was probably around 8 wks preg, I went to the OB, the lady told me that I was going 2 get an ultrasound and a pap smear. Not a problem, when I got in the room, I thought they were going 2 do the ultrasound first so I put on the gown and kept my underpants on, then she told me that I had 2 remove them so I thought, probably the pap smear first. Okay, So I lied down with my feet up in the stirups & then she took out this thing I never even seen before so I asked her if that was going in me and she told me yes, that was the aultrasound so I told her that I change my mind, I didn't want this. I never even heard of a l ultrasound b4 but when I told her I didn't want it, she did it anyway, I was afraid 2 move bec being on a narrow bed, I didn't want 2 fall off but I said no. She stuck it in anyway. I even begged her 2 take it out, she ignored me. Well, when she was done, she doctor came in & told me that I had a blighted ovum. I didn't start bleeding until afterwords. But the point is, I said no. There was no blood drawn or anything else other than a urine test and checking my weight but they went straight 4 the l ultrasound.The reason she did it was 2 see how far along I was. I feel like I've been violated somehow. Can they do this?
