What car to choose?? BMW M3 E36 Or Honda H22 Prelude 4th gen???

I love them both, I want a fast car that is realiable and will be the new home to my sparco seats? Which one do you think has the best tunning ability? M3 is stock, the lude was built by skunk2 and is the jdm h22a.. so any ideas?? Or any other car suggestions??
